As we speak, the legendary Rickson Gracie is on his way to Japan. The mission: Launch his new book. The subject of the book is a tightly guarded secret to be released this week. This is Rickson's second book in Japan, the first one, "21St Century Warrior's Spirit" was a great success.

American National 2010 Next Weekend - Tuesday Sept 21 is the last day to register

The American National Championships take place next weekend September 25 & 26, 2010 at the Cal State Domingues Hills Campus in Carson, California. Tuesday September 21st is the last day to register for the event. Click here to register. The 2 day event will have top Black Belts competing such as Wellington "Megaton", Clark Gracie, Bruno Bastos, Stephen Hall and many others. (read more)
