Storm Kimonos Press Release

STORM Kimonos® Management and Customer Service Team would like to sincerely apologise to Gracie Mag/Subscribers and STORM Customers for the timeframe in recent order processing, and deliveries.

As you may be aware unfortunately due to the unforeseen labour strike experienced at the US Port recently this has had a domino effect on clearance/order processing and ultimately delivery of product to our clients.

Our clients situated in Canada/US will now be serviced directly from our US Distribution Centre effective Monday, 7th January, 2013. All International clients will continue to be serviced from our Asia Distribution Centre.

Our Customer Service Team will be contacting with clients within the next 7-10 working days with tracking information for your shipments. Please be rest assured that all orders received will be processed, and clients will receive their STORM product.

STORM Kimonos® would like to thank Gracie Mag/Subscribers and STORM Customers for their kind patience, and understanding during this time whilst our Customer Service team work through the backlog of order processing. We sincerely apologise for any frustration, and/or inconvenience caused to our clients for this situation.
